In order to receive rewards on your transactions through Futurance.co.uk, you’ll need to become a member and check that you have logged in before you click through to stores listed in the f:mall and make purchases. We need you to log in so that our server can recognise you by a ‘cookie’. This means that when you click through to another site and make a purchase, we can track that it was you who made that purchase and then top up your Futurance rewards!
You can search for items that you might want to purchase and you’ll be presented with a list of retailers selling that item. Alternatively you can click on a section, such as fashion, and a list of retailers will appear that are associated with that category.
The list of retailers will give you some information about each retailer, the reward percentage you’ll receive when you buy something from their site, the popularity of the site with other members, and the option to add it to your own personal shopping space in my:mall.
You can also click on ‘more info’ to read more about the store, or if you want to go straight to the store, you can click on the image or ‘click here to go to site’.
When you buy something from a store that is listed in f:mall, and you logged in before clicking through to that store, we will top up your Futurance account according to the reward percentage shown in the f:mall. Please remember that if you return the goods or terminate a service then any rewards already showing in your account for this purchase will be removed. We can only give you rewards when we have received payment from the store that you shopped with, which can sometimes be two to three months after you made your purchase.
Futurance.co.uk is all about saving for a fabulous future. As an incentive for you to save for something amazing in your future, we will give you 100% of any commission we receive on your purchases through the f:mall, when you ask us to transfer your cash rewards to a child trust fund account or student loans account. Plus you’ll still receive your £10 joining bonus and £5 for every fabulous f:riend you refer!
We can credit any account you provide details for on the sign up page, or we can send you a cheque (£1 surcharge applies). We can only transfer 100% of our commission to members who ask us to credit their child trust fund or student loan account, but we’ll still be very generous with our reward levels and help you to maximise your savings even if you don't have one of these accounts!
