Why can’t I change my account details?

You can update all your details in ‘my profile’. You may only change your account details once a month. This is to prevent fraudulent activity on members’ accounts and reduces administration for the Futurance team.  If you are having problems updating your details please contact us at fixit@futurance.co.uk.

My address is incorrect

Please click on ‘update details’ in ‘my profile’ and enter the correct address. If you wish to remove your address details from your account information, simply delete the address lines. However, we can only send you payment by cheque if you provide your address details.

My ‘Last login’ is incorrect. Does this mean that someone else is fraudulently using my account?

The internet is an inherently insecure and unstable environment. If you are using a public computer, you must sign out when you have finished your session on www.futurance.co.uk. Never inform anyone of your password or allow them to use your account. If you think that someone else may be using your account, even if any other details haven’t changed (most importantly, your account details), then please change your password and contact us to let us know that you think someone may have been using your account.
