When will I be paid?
We transfer/send all payments at the end of the month, usually from 25th onwards. It can take two to three months for merchants to pay us commission for your transaction. So, if you purchase something in June, the transaction will show in your account almost immediately but we may not receive commission until August. When the status of your transactions turns to ‘processed’ this means that we have received payment from the merchant and we are ready to pass this on to you! If your account has exceeded £30 you can click on ‘request payment’ and we will transfer the rewards to your chosen bank account, CTF or student loan account at the end of that month.
How can I receive payment?
We prefer to transfer payment to you by BACS. This is a safe and secure method (providing you give us the correct details!) and is less administration for us so we don’t need to charge you for the transfer. If you prefer to receive payment by cheque we can send it to your home address. A £1 administration charge applies for payment by cheque.
Remember, if you request your rewards to be credited to a child trust fund or student loan account, you’ll receive up to twice the rewards! Check out the ‘f:rewards special’ column in ‘my account’ to see how much you could save.
Why can’t I receive special rewards if I choose to be paid by BACS into a savings account?
We admit that transferring your rewards to a savings account is better than crediting a bank current account as you are less likely to squander your savings if they are in a savings account that requires notice for withdrawals. However, to really make sure that you’re not going to fritter away your savings, we’ll give you twice the rewards if you ask us to put your cashback into a child trust fund or a student loan account. There’s no way, Jose, that you can withdraw funds from a CTF (prior to the child turning 18) or student loan account so we’ll be quite content in the knowledge that your rewards are safe for someone’s future!
Can different members provide the same account details for rewards to be sent to?
Yes, we think it’s fabulous when all the family and friends get involved and save for someone’s future. Just state the correct account details for the person you wish the rewards to benefit and we will credit the cashback to their savings account, child trust fund or student loan account.
What is the minimum payout?
The minimum payout amount is £30. We set this level as we want to be able to give our members special treats such as the £10 joining bonus or £5 when you refer a friend! With generous offers from utility and broadband providers and insurance companies, it shouldn’t take very long to exceed the minimum payout level.
My transaction is marked as ‘paid’ but I haven’t received any money from Futurance
The payment process can take several days to complete. We mark your transaction as ‘paid’ and this transaction will then move to the ‘transaction history’ area in ‘my account’. If the cashback has not appeared seven to ten days after the transaction moved to ‘transaction history’ then please contact us at fixit@futurance.co.uk and we will investigate.
